1.Responsible to ensure all IT operations in line with Safety , cGMP and ISO 15378 standards

2.Site maintenance - Changshu Plant , Dongguan Plant and Shanghai sales office

3.Managing the IT operations(Network,System OPS,Telephony and Work place services)

4.Regular Update of IT assets movements in Airnov Assets and Share point Documents

5.Regular Update of IT assets movements in Airnov Assets and Share point Documents

6.Preparation and following the SOPs for the all IT related activities

7.Ensuring the regular server back ups with secure control

8.Should be well versed all hardware system - to be attended as and when required.

9.Co-ordinate with the Shanghai - Sales and Finance Team - attend their IT related problem through Remote.

Projects

1.Manage and implement strategic projects ( Cost saving and simplification )

2.Co-ordinate with the external service provider ( Netwok Communication , Maintanence of infrastructure etc )
